Together we’ll journey through:

• Wild Yoga: Energy Healing & Embodiment Flow – gentle, radiant movement to awaken the body and breath.
• Sacred Floral Bath + Hapé Ceremony – one-on-one clearing & blessing to open your energetic channel.
• Cow Skull or Lower Jaw Altar Art – create a sacred art piece adorned with flowers, feathers, and intention.
• Closing Sunset Drum Circle – move, release, and reclaim through rhythm and sound.
