Personal Breath Alchemy
Experience the magic of Breathwork. Jill will lead you through a simple breathing exercise to drop you into your body, while guiding you through a peaceful and healing meditation. Experience a deep release, restoring your body and soul. During this work, areas where the energy is stagnant and/or deficient may present. I generally work with chakras, or areas that I feel drawn to and may offer energy healing, and receive/translate higher guidance and messages. After your session, we will check in and discuss anything that came up during your session and can revisit those points at your next session. This 90 Min Session is the best of breath + energy + intuitive coaching in one place.

Energy Healing Session
Our Energy Healing sessions combine energy work, mindset coaching and soul coaching to help you develop your intuition, connect deeper with your soul, and move towards living in your soul purpose. We start with an Intuitive Healing Session where I am led through various healing processes utilizing your body’s chakras to uncover physical, emotional, mental or spiritual imbalances. I generally work with chakras, or areas that I feel drawn to and may receive/translate higher guidance and messages. After our energy work, we will weave together any messages you received in healing, with your intuitive guidance (higher self) and your vivid vision for life to move you towards living in your soul purpose.
