Experience the magic of Breathwork. Jill will lead you through a simple breathing exercise to drop you into your body, while guiding you through a peaceful and healing meditation. Experience a deep release, restoring your body and soul. During this work, areas where the energy is stagnant and/or deficient may present. I generally work with chakras, or areas that I feel drawn to and may offer energy healing, and receive/translate higher guidance and messages. After your session, we will check in and discuss anything that came up during your session and can revisit those points at your next session.
